In class we have been learning how to create websites, flash banners, and ads. We have been using the program called flash professional. We also used Photoshop to edit the photos that we used. My ad banner is about a hotel called The Summit condominiums in Panama City Beach, Florida. I chose to use these condominiums as my advertisement because it is becoming close to Spring Break time and a lot of students will be going to Florida or other areas for Spring Break. The Summit is a great place to stay. It is conveniently located on the beach and also on the strip. I am posting this on my blog in hoping that people who do not have a place to stay see this and think about staying here. The audiences I am hoping to target are college and high school students.
To create the ad banner we had to use several tools. One tool I used in Photoshop I used the text tool to add text to the photos. I had to use the create a new layer tool to be able to add text. I also used the crop tool to crop one of the photos. In order to move the photos around and place them where they needed to be I had to use the selection tool. If the photo was not the size that I wanted or needed it to be I used the Free Transform tool. To actually create the movement of the ad banner I used the motion twee tool to create the movement. The words Panama City Beach were not colored so I used the paint bucket tool to change the color. I also used the Align tool to make sure that the photo was aligned in the movie right. I added several Key frames for the picture to be placed in. I used the action tool to watch my ad banner.
